NedRINK
Nederland Ice & Racquet Park
NedRINK is the internet home of the Nederland Ice & Racquet Park located in the beautiful mountain town of Nederland, Colorado. In the winter, it's an Olympic-size, outdoor, open-air ice rink, for recreational and figure skating and hockey. In the summer, it converts into three public tennis courts. Thanks to everyone who transitioned the park from ice to tennis. The park is now open for tennis! See the Tennis Season page for more info. Now that we have concluded our fourth season of ice skating, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize all of our key volunteers for their help in making this another fun and successful ice season. Ned RINK is very much a grassroots, community-driven park and without our dedicated volunteers, we would not be able to operate & open every year. Team Managers: Elizabeth Ochsner, Tracy Brewer, Anne Gimlin, Erica Stepanik, Dan Harrison, & Beth Landry-Murphy Hockey Coaches: Allen Brewer, Sumaya Abu-Haidar, Tyson Nunemacher, Mike Vincent, Rich Turco, Kevin Gloe, James Churches, Chris Perret, Jeff Navarre, & Darren Stepanik
Local Boy Scout and skater, Ben Morrissey, is starting an Eagle Scout project to build players boxers at the ice rink. He will build the boxes out of the old, donated Caribou Wind wooden boards. If you'd like to help, contact Ben! |
